De combinatie van mens en natuur op deze foto's is echt ongelooflijk. Fotografe Amy Stein heeft met de serie Domesticated mij in elk geval weten te raken. En niet alleen mij: ze won ermee in 2006 de Saatchi Gallery/Guardian prijs.
Zelf schrijft op haar website: My photographs serve as modern dioramas of our new natural history. Within these scenes I explore our paradoxical relationship with the "wild" and how our conflicting impulses continue to evolve and alter the behavior of both humans and animals.
